Terms of Use

In short: SONAR: Sound Maze is a single-player offline puzzle game. There are no purchases, no advertising, no accounts and no online features. You may play it on the devices allowed by your app store.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") form an agreement between you and SONARSOUND ("we", "us") governing your use of the mobile game SONAR: Sound Maze (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

3. What You May Not Do

4. No Purchases and No Advertising

The Game contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no virtual currency and no advertising. Nothing in the Game can be bought, sold, wagered or exchanged, and the Game offers no prizes of any kind. All sixty levels are included with the app.

5. No Accounts or Online Play

The Game is single-player and runs entirely offline. There is no account to create, no leaderboard, no chat and no user-generated content. Your progress is saved only on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Progress

Because progress is stored locally, it is not backed up by us and cannot be recovered by us. Deleting the Game, resetting your device, or moving to a new device will remove your saved progress.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, artwork, music, sound effects, level designs and name, is owned by SONARSOUND and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or branding.

8. Updates and Availability

We may release updates that change, add or remove features, and we may stop distributing the Game at any time. Versions already installed on your device continue to work offline; we do not disable them remotely.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of saved progress, arising out of your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Apple App Store

These Terms are between you and us, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to play the Game after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Company, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence provide otherwise. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of those mandatory laws.
